I can’t identify this Pulsatilla. If you can put a name to it please let me know. It’s on the scree bed in the garden and looks absolutely stunning.

On a completely different scale, the wild anemones are in flower in the nearby Longacre Wood. We have a few in our own small woodland, but not on this scale. Though so much less showy than our garden Anemone blanda, this is a beautiful little woodland flower.
